Today is Valentine's Day. And I don't think I've ever had such a great one! I enjoyed spending time with my kids at school today. I got a gift of chocolates from my secret pal. I got some mini Reese's and Dove hearts in my box at school AND some candy hearts. I truly do feel loved this Valentine's Day.
Being around high schoolers reminds me of what love isn't. The love of God is rich and free. Truth is never sexy, it's not an easy sell. Oh, how He loves us. Jesus, You are the only exception. Thank you.
*It's February 14th, and I just cooked my last recipe for January - black bean slow cooker soup! Hopefully, will get the next five cooked before March!
